  • Assisted Dr. Ashley Stinnett in teaching undergraduate courses, grading assignments and exams, and manning the Visual Anthropology Lab.

  • Compiled articles and research materials on such subjects as butchery, large and small-scale agriculture, and food fermentation.

  • Assisted curator of textiles in compiling exhibit book for showcase on international beadwork.

Bosnia- Herzegovina Traveling Trunk 

Compiled items for a graduate course team project travelling trunk relative to culturally-based teaching on Bosnia-Herzegovina and the refugee experience. Composed lesson plan on embroidery traditions in Bosnia-Herzegovina for Kentucky State curriculum. Special partnership with Bowling Green Montessori Elementary School.

Bosnian Foodways Demonstrations 

Contributed in the organization of two public demonstrations on Bosnian coffee customs and pita baking for a graduate level class at Western Kentucky University. Program Coordinator. Photographer. Audio-Visual equipment operator. Event sponsored by WKU Folk Studies department, Kentucky Folklife Program, The Confucius Institute at WKU, and International Year of Bosnia Herzegovina, 2017-2018.

A Culture Carried: Bosnians in Bowling Green Exhibit

Constructed and donated a polymer clay sculpture of börek to the Kentucky Museum for display in A Culture Carried exhibit. Partnership with The Kentucky Folklife Program.
